The challenge
Connect court discovery and booking with the daily work of clubs and tournament organizers.
Key decisions
Design separate journeys for players and administrators, covering discovery, bookings, tournaments, scheduling and access management.

01 · Public experience and bookings
I designed Dispo's home to explain the product in seconds and drive action: search by area, date, time and sport, featured clubs and a direct path to booking a court.
02 · Club discovery
The Explore view lets players compare clubs in a grid or map, apply filters and quickly review price, location, surface, availability and services before choosing where to play.
03 · Tournaments from start to finish
I designed the complete competition flow: tournament listing, category and venue details, match schedule, group stage, standings and knockout bracket through to the champion.
04 · Matches and community
The Matches section helps players find open games or create a new one by level and area, making the platform more than a court calendar: a place for players to meet.
05 · Access and player experience
I also designed the player sign-in experience with a clear path to log in, register or continue with external providers, while keeping terms and privacy visible.
06 · Club administration panel
For clubs, I designed a complete back office: dashboard with revenue and occupancy, daily schedule, reservation creation, court management, sales and access auditing. Each screen solves a concrete operational task.
